Review:
Just south of San Francisco, just off of US 101, is a small but mighty old fashion burger stand called Classic 101 Burgers & Shakes. Throughout all my travels, I have certainly found that San Fran is not the mecca for all things burger. But Class 101 stands out.
Everything is cooked to order, with the burgers and fries nearly too hot to immediately bite into. The burger was juicy and the cheese was excellent. The buns almost seemed made in store - not sure about that. But they are excellent. I topped it with a very chocolate chocolate shake - about as chocolaty as you can get.
All in all, a very good burger and worthy of a second (or third visit), especially if you are in the bay area and looking for something different than In-N-Out.
